Carousel was first founded in Oxford in 2014 by Kimberley Green. Kimberley has a degree in Performance and has 10 years teaching experience within the performing arts. Working at a variety of places and groups including Creation theatre, Oxford, Chipping Norton Theatre and Stagecoach Theatre Schools. Kimberley has performed in a variety of performances and has worked with children for over 12 years.
Carousel moved to Shipston in 2021 and since then we have held many holiday workshops, fun days and classes are continuing to grow!
About our classes
Carousel classes are about learning new skills, making friends and having fun! Each week, we will practice singing, dancing and drama, whilst working towards an end of term performance.
It's a space for children to be creative, share ideas and grow. We are not your average 'stage school', classes are relaxed and there is absolutely no pressure to perform.
Kimberley believes all children should have a comfortable and safe space to be creative, be themselves, listen and be heard. Carousel offers those things and more.
